2009 is here, so of course everyone’s talking about the biggest songs in 2008… Let’s face it, Fred Falke’s remix of the Whitest Boy Alive song “Golden Cage” is pretty close to that title – at least in Helsinki. The whole french house thing was big, but this particular track just blew up like nothing else. Original remix is soooo over-played, I have to post a remix of the remix, from Finland’s very own Rico Tubbs. Nice ghetto touch to the oh so sentimental original… The man himself is keeping busy and got some serious shit coming out this year: EP for Cheap Thrills, Knuckle Sandwich Remix Album, remixes for Tittsworth & Top Billin and the list goes on. Looking like a great year for Riku!
