Buffalo Wings
chicken wings
flour
oil for deep frying
250 g butter
tabasco
vinegar
Dip:
1/2-1 cup blue cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 garlic glove
pepper
lemon juice
parsley
Heat a large amount oil in a kettle and roll the chicken wings in flour. After this start deep frying them a couple at a time until the skin is nicely brown and crispy. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add tabasco and vinegar as desired and the pour over the wings. With the dip just mince everything and mix well.

Bailey, The Five Stairsteps, Barbara Acklin etc, you get idea) for your bbq or something… HIGHLY recommended. Big up to Tuipe for introducing this sweetness to me few years ago.
