SAM TIBA / MYB / CANBLASTER – Club Cheval EP by TOP BILLIN
Sam Tiba info:
Originally from Roubaix, Sam Tiba is a 23 years old Parisian Dj and producer, largely influenced by Hip hop and Rap music. Sam is now more focused on a smooth club project. Melting B-more, Dancehall and Jamaican Riddims, Sam Tiba does not hesitate to switch from 90 to 160 bpm in his sets. The result is a crazy dancefloor and hundred booties shaking. Mash ups, riddims and club hits produced by Sam Tiba have been greatly remarked and playlisted by djs such as Crookers, Martelo, SchalchtofBronx or French Fries. Crookers said about Barbie Weed that “it has the freshness of a first try but still, it is working perfectly well on the dance floors”. Currently producing track for Spoek Mathambo from Sweat X, Sam will be releasing some new remixes for French Fries and Raziek in the forthcoming month.
Myd info:
Myd is a 22 years old Dj and producer based between Lille and Paris, France. Discovered by the Sound Pellegrino Thermal Team, Myd’s past EP: Train to Bamako is playlisted by the biggest names in the techno/electro landscape. Mixing African rhythms and techno melodies, Myd is producing some high quality and funny tracks. So far Myd has been releasing Train to Bamako on the Radioclit’s Saga Africa EP (Mental Groove) and a remixes EP on Club Cheval. He also remixed several artists and bands like Dakunt, Maskinen, We Are Enfant Terrible, Rainbow Arabia or Lazy Flow. Myd’s tracks are recognized as top dancefloor tunes by numerous Djs from L-vis1990 and Sinden to Radioclit or even Solo. According to Brodinski, Myd is “one of the Djs to watch closely in 2010” and Rwall is “a dance floor bomb”. At the moment, Myd is working on new tunes for the next Victoria EP and on new remixes for Yolanda Be Cool, Alice Lewis or Yannick Noah alongside Douster.
Canblaster info:
Canblaster is the prodigious child from Douai, France. Now based in Lille, this ultra active producer and confirmed Dj. Canblaster is the little prince of Club Cheval. Legendary artists such as Underground Resistance, Kevin Saunderson or Dave Clarke make him fall in love with Techno Music but he built his own style through many more influences. Using all the necessary tools, Canblaster is producing massive tracks which contain Dutch synths, Rave pianos or African rhythm. With Bérou, Canblaster has been releasing the excellent Kapongo Dance and he has been remarked by several artists . You can find his tunes in different Djs’ playlists, from Sinden to Douster or Teki Latex. His remix of Train to Bamako is here to confirm his great talent. Canblaster is now working on a serie of remixes within which you’ll find tracks from Hudson Mohawk, Ultravid, Dooze Jackers or Imperial Tiger Orchestra.
