Take one of Sweden´s biggest DJs, put him in a studio together with Robyn´s drummer and you get the producer duo: MRTN. DJ Mrtn (Sthlm Beat) and the drummer Pomp have worked together since spring of 2010, and their debut track ‘High’ was released august 2010. ‘High’ is a raving floor filler that was produced with one purpose in mind only, to destroy any dance floor. Until september 2011 they called themselves MRTNxPOMPm but then decided to change the name to simply: MRTN. During 2011 Mrtn Sthlm Beat and Pomp finally managed to finish their debut EP, even though they both were on separate tours all spring and summer: Mrtn Sthlm Beat doing DJ sets all over Europe and Pomp as Robyn´s drummer all over the world. 'Slow' is also on heavy rotation on Swedish national radio, topping even Swedish House Mafia on airplay.
